Covid-19 a new norm!!

The uncertainty that life presents has definitely increased a thousand percent for most of us. Our daily routines have changes, our busy bossy lives that has once blurred simple humanity has settled in ways we would have never thought. A southern hug, dap or laughing too close is considered a health threat. Face mask, sanitizer and rigorous hand washing is more important than our to do list, and car keys. All the material possession that enticed likes would easily be traded for an N95 mask. Who would have thought? In such a trying time, I encourage everyone to look for opportunities to still show compassion. Life is truly not about the hustle, it's about embracing the very people you are quarantined with and using that love to empower others. I pray that all of my family, friends and clients can embody like never before the value of living a physically, emotionally and spiritually healthy life. A life whereas they don't just survive but thrive. Whenever we come "out" of this pandemic, there will be individuals with increased mental health issues, better health, stories of a love one that has passed, miraculous survival, developed businesses, business lost, and pandemic babies!!! We all will have stories so let's be intentional with supporting each other. Below I will list several resources that can possibly help your family at this time. May God bless you and your family & stay safe! We need you!
